Default If you could only purchase 1 CTMH item...

what would it be? I've never used CTMH products and I'm going to a crop hosted by a demonstrator so I feel like I should order something. If you could only choose 1 item what would you buy?

Thanks!
Stacy

If you use clear stamps, I would purchase their one of their stamp bases. They are so nice.

I LOVE CTMH products!

That said, I will give you two recommendations for things I've used and been especially happy with.

One is the perpetual calendar. They call it their Event Calendar. I made this for my Mom last year for Christmas and she LOVES it- it hangs prominently in her kitchen. I put all them family dates- birthdays, anniversaries, etc- on it and stamped each month with an appropriate image and then colored it. It looks wonderful and really helps her keep track.

The other CTMH product I really love is the "My Creations Memory Showcase". It comes 9 x 9 or 6 x 6. It makes a WONDERFUL display alternative to an album. My DH went on a school trip to France last year, and I made one of these for him for his classroom. It is perfect- just enough pictures to remember the trip and easy for everyone to see all at once.

You can see the final result of this showcase on my blog post here.

CTMH makes wonderful products; I hope you have a great time!

Only 1 item??? Next to impossible. LOL!!!

That said, if you are a stamper, I'd suggest one of the alphabet stamp sets so that you can stamp complete words at a time. But, it will require a second purchase of a block if you don't already have an acrylic block.

Also, you can't go wrong with one of our How-To books, Cherish, Imagine, Reflections, Originals or Wishes.

Hummmmmmmmmm, this is a toughy!!! I am a big fan of clear stamps in general and I have all of their inks and I love them! But the other is their blocks. I love them too. I really don't know which one I would pick first. But if you are not looking to purchase a stamp related item then go with a paper pack. I love the coordination solid card stock with printed paper. GREAT!!

Have fun.

I am not too familar with their stamps. But I was at a convention last month and they have a really cool distressing kit. I also like their acrylic blocks and have purchased paper kits before. The paper kits have quite a bit in them and are nice to work with.

I would purchase either one of the books- Cherish or Imagine if you are a scrapper-since you will be able to use them for a long time or one of the level 2 paper packs- they come with cardstock as well as coordinating patterned paper.

I made my first CTMH purchases recently and bought D1361 Thank You set of clear stamps and D1306 Treasure Life set which I understand has been very popular and is a really pretty silhouette flower set. I am very pleased with both of them and the Thank You set has already seen lots of use.

Thanks so much for the suggestions!

Quick question, does CTMH sell kraft cardstock?

I'm not sure what kraft cardstock is specifically, but they do sell card stock - you can get a pack of 24 of a single color or 24 of a color family (6 colors - 4 sheets each)

I LOVE ctmh stuff...so it would be hard to pick just one thing. If you have quite the stash of paper - try one of their scrapbooking books (I prefer Imagine or Reflections) OR if you are a card maker I've heard Wishes is great too.

If you are a stamper - they are having a buy 2 get one free sale on right now - they only have that like once a year. The word puzzles that they have are great (images and phrases) - but they are retiring the Monthly word puzzles at the end of the year.

ok that was way more than one.. lol. Good luck!

Your consultant should have a sample of each of the papers. I believe that Kraft is like CTMH Desert Sand or Parchment. I am going off of memory here so I may be off a bit. You can take a piece of kraft cardstock and match it with the sample papers.

If you already have a lot of paper and stamps, maybe getting one of the how to books. If you are into card making I would recommend the Wishes. It has some really beautiful card ideas that you can use with any stamp or paper.

HTH
