Default Ideas wanted: new home and Christmas cards

We are buying a new home and moving in November. I thought it would be a cool idea to do something different with my Christmas cards this year by incorporating the fact that we are moving into the holiday theme. Anyone have any suggestions for me or know of any stamp sets that would be appropriate. Thanks so much,
Sandy

Papertrey Ink - Boards & Beams Stamp Set

Papertrey Ink - Home for the Holidays Stamp Set

Papertrey Ink has a gorgeous house stamp set Boards and Beams that has sentiments about home, new home, etc. (first link) and they also have an additions set Home for the Holidays (second link) that has additional stamps to coordinate with the houses in the first set that have winter/Christmas stamps. I'm sure you could make some beautiful Christmas cards with these images and sentiments!

Maybe you could find a pretty Christmas scene with a fireplace and stockings.

Outside you could have your traditional Christmas sentiment, then inside print something like:

"We're hanging our stockings with care

On a new fireplace this year!

Our new address is _______________"

PS Congratulations on your new home. What a great Christmas present.

There's a retired stamp set from SU called "Right at Home" that I think would be fun to incorporate. I have that set and have used it several times, so I think you could find uses for it beyond just this event. You can find it on Ebay or possibly someone on the SCS boards might have it for sale? Congrats on your new home!

What about the pretty house stamp that comes with the Christmas Lodge stamp set in the SU Holiday Mini? I love that set!
