to find some cute (not too expensive) sentiments that are basically, hello, thinking of you type stamps without just saying hello, thinking of you, kwim?
i'm doing a card ministry at my church and i have exactly 2 sentiments that say thinking of you and they are getting old.

Have you checked out the $ Studio G clear stamps at Mike's? It's a good way to get different fonts of sentiments without spending a lot. They have quite a few to choose from.

You can always computer generate sentiments. Check out my gallery (sorry don't know how to link) and look at the crisscross Easter card, the sayings on the front are computer generated and matted. Those Easter cards were made for the Church to send out in 2006I computer generate the inside sentiment at times.

For your card ministry, The Angel Company has some perfect sayings and they have a whole section of Inspirational stamps and sayings... They have one set Be Still, set of 9 for $15.95 but it would be perfect for that mission. The set, Inspirational Sayings, is also $15.95 and has a nice variety as well.
I LOVE Mixed Messages from Papertrey (http://www.papertreyink.com/stamps_mixedmessages.html) - they are just the right size! I often use them straight on the card or they fit wonderfully inside of a punched circle or scallop or whatever!

Okay I know this is a stamping forumn - but don't forget your computer! For our church card ministry we run off the insides of all of our cards/sayings through the computer.
I have also done that with sayings for the front of a card. Especially if you are doing alot of the same cards. (Sending 35 cards to shut-ins etc)
This way you can get the perfect saying or verse from the Bible.

I was just about to add that I print off most of my sentiments from the computer these days...I can get the font I want, and the words I want...and match the color I want thanks to all of the people who have compiled lists of matching SU! colors to the RGB codes. It's a good thing!
