I need some inspiration

I need to get some cards made, Im looking at birthday, and wedding cards fro sure

i also want to make a bunch of thank you and motivational cards

i use alot of butterflies, i have all the SU butterfly punches and dies
I have Inspired by Nature, but havent used it yet

i look at my colors and nothing jumps out at me..... BLAH........ is there any one that can help?

any cool tequniques that looks good with that set?

I have checked the gallery, but that isnt helping much either......

Pick 2 challenges and do them. Then do 2 more. Combine 2 of them. Etc. You will be inspired by the talent and creativity that goes into these challenges.

Oh - and play fun up-beat music, burn a smelly candle or 2 and keep smiling!

I just "discovered" the chalkboard technique lately, and I loved using it with the Inspired by Nature set.

If you aren't familiar with the technique, it is really easy, and a good way to put dark inks on dark paper.

You stamp your solid image with white craft ink, then you use sponge daubers and pastels to colour the image. Very effective.

Inspired by Nature is my most favorite stamp set ever!!! You can do tons and tons of things with it. Val mentioned the chalkboard technique, you can use markers (yellow/brown centers or purple/brown centers are popular), you can stamp it in one color and do a silhouette, you can brayer with it, sponge, glitter, pastels, fussy cut, emboss (it is gorgeous embossed on a piece of DSP), you can add butterflies from your punches and dies to it, watercolor . . . so many things!! I'm actually having an open house in a few weeks and one of my Idea & Project boards features this stamp set, showing its versatility and all the things you can do with it. Good luck!!!

OK!! im going to try it on DSP.. that soulds great, I think ill play around with it a bit, I never pull out my pastels, but maybe I will for this set!

I can't add a whole lot to the "inspiration" you have already gotten (I've just got to try the "chalkboard technique!!!!). BUT from one survivor to another, I just wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! It's a good thing!
