I need an idea for a Farewell Card

Does anyone have a great card for a farewell? I have worked closely with a co-worker who is leaving after 10 years. I would like to make a really nice card for him; however, I am having trouble coming up with an idea for this type of card - I don't even know the right image/sentiment I should use.

He is a very funny guy and has always appreciated seeing the cards I make.

Any advice or samples you know of?
