Question I have 36 hours to cancel...should I?

My friend and I are arriving for Session 2 on Monday morning, and I have seen posts that are negative about Big Sky Shuttle. I have made reservations through them, and I have 'til Friday evening to cancel. I am wondering if we would be better off with Super Shuttle or just eating the cost of a taxi (maybe finding a 3rd demo to share with). If you took Big Sky Shuttle or Super Shuttle...I'd love to hear your feedback and did you make reservations in advance!? Thanks for your time ...I know you are all drooling over your swaps and convention goodies! :p

I'm not at convention, sadly, but have you read this thread about the shuttle companies?

I called the concierge at my hotel this week and she recommended I NOT use Big Sky. So I booked with Super Shuttle.

I am arriving late and alone and I think my best bet is to book a shuttle. I e-mailed Big Sky yesterday about them dropping me off at the convention center and they have yet to e-mail me back. It sounds like Super Shuttle is more reliable and that is probably where I'm going to book with.

I haven't done it yet, but I am definitely reserving with Super Shuttle.

I was about to reserve with Big Sky when I noticed their hours start at 3:30am. When we come home we need to leave early in the morning (as in, get picked up from our hotel at 3:30am) so I thought I'd call and make sure they would be able to pick us up from the hotel at 3:30am. The guy didn't seem to know what he was talking about and acted like it was weird to have a flight so early. After getting off the phone to check, he came back and told me that they don't do pick-ups that early... usually not until 4:30 or so. :?

I thought that was really interesting since the website let me choose 3:30am as the time I wanted to be picked up from the hotel, and I went through it as though I were actually reserving up to the point of paying. It would have been all the same if I had paid and thought everything was fine.... and missed my flight coming home.

Oh, and when he said he couldn't help me, I played dumb and asked him if he could recommend anything to me. (I was curious if he would mention Super Shuttle)... He said he didn't think any shuttles picked up that early and I would have to take a taxi.... but the taxis are expensive and we should at least take their shuttle from the airport to our hotel when we arrive and then we would only have to get a taxi on the way back.

hmmmm.....
