My heart is broken, I made what I thought was a really nice card (pictures never show the real beauty) so far 31 people have looked at it and not a one has made a comment. (geeze my card is not that bad)
The CHALLENGE is go in and spend a few minutes and comment on those beautiful cards that dont have many comments. Make some ones day. Who knows someone might even comment on one of yours to make your day too.

I know what you mean. I have a card in my gallery with over 870 views and only FIVE comments...... the other view of the same card has even less than that.....
ETA: I accept the challenge too....

I try to do this every morning. I always hate the way digital pics of cards wash them out. It is so hard to really get a good picture of a card with true colors like you can with a scan. Bummer, because they just loose some oomph that way!
Emily... I know what you mean. Scanners do pick up the color better.
Jeannine... Your card is great! I did my string of comments earlier tonight and, as you said, it is amazing how many cards have no comments at all.
I loved the little folded "envelope" or whatever you call it!
Yeah, it's funny too because it never fails that the cards I love are less loved by others and the cards I almost don't upload because I don't like them are loved by others!
I also agree with Emily. My scanner totally fades the colors or makes them look weird. I have some cards I won't even post because the scans make them look so bad. I have one card in my gallery where I used pearl-ex in which the scan is not doing it justice. In real life it is a card almost everyone begs me to make them when they go through my box of cards. When I looked at it just now in my gallery it got looks like some boring beige image. When I go through the gallery I try to imagine the cards in real life - I know we all work hard on our cards and feedback is always nice. I also sort the cards by comments or views - I think sometimes some really nice cards get "lost" for awhile and it is our job to find them and boost them up! Thanks for the challenge - I'm off to go comment on some "lost" cards.
I agree with Emily again (I was going to write it before, but got too long winded). Some of my cards that I love get no love from others and some of my cards I think are just okay blow up with comments and views. To each their own.
Funny you should list this challenge. I have actually not uploaded anything into the gallery because everything in there is so great-- I'm intimidated!! I guess I'm afraid my cards would have hurt feelings as well. I love looking through the gallery though... that's what brought me to this site in the first place!!
I can certainly relate to this because I have several "lonely" cards in my gallery too. So I went down the list of people who have already posted in this thread, and made comments on some of their creations.
For anyone who hasn't risen to this challenge yet... you really ought to make the time for it! There are some lovely but (IMO) underappreciated items sitting in the gallery here!
I would love to do this but the last few times I've tried to post a comment in the gallery all that comes up is garbage, like a couple P's and the greater and lesser than sign. I used to be able to comment just fine, I don't know what's going on. Maybe I'll need to get some technical help.

I try to leave at least 5 comments each time I'm in the gallery, but I know what you mean about lonely posts. I think the gallery moves so fast some times that they get lost in the shuffle.

Wow, I have just spent a wonderful 30 minutes looking at all the samples from your galleries and you are all so amazingly talented!
Thank you for reminding us Jeannine how much a comment means to others.
I know what you mean. I've only posted one card. I had no clue what I was doing and had my DH help me. He posted it without any regard to which way it was facing.....and ultimately it was sideways. I spent an hour or so trying to fix it with the little knowledge I have. After all that I had two comments. Needless to say, I've never posted again. I accept your challenge too. Thank you. Chris
PWNMOM: Your challenge tomorrow is to get your own Gallery!
Okay... so I took you up on your challenge... and guess what! I already have some comments. You girlies are good for me!! Anyhow, I have put 6 cards in my gallery... 4 are still waiting on approval. This is fun!!!
When I'm thinking of buying a stamp set, I look at the examples and will place comments on cards that have zero or one comment. I have some cards in my gallery and several of them only have one comment. It is sooo sad :(

Half the time I am so busy gabbing in the forums that I've not been in the gallery all that much. If there is a link in a post, then I check it out. Time for me to go check that out and spread some cheer.

I try to do this occassionally as well. It's so easy to get stuck on the ones that already have 20 comments, but then I figure 'why do they need my input?' Better to give encouragement where it's needed! Thanks for the challenge!
