I have heard good things about this stamp store, but have never been to Las Vegas to check it out. I found this video on YouTube. Wow! I think I could get lost in this place!
I've never had a desire to go to Las Vegas so I've always poo-pooed the idea when DH brought it up. Well, I think next time I'll say let's go! LOL! Seriously, I've NEVER seen a store like this!
Thanks for the info gals! The very end of the video made it look pretty long inside. Still, I'd love to get lost in all that maze of stamps, especially that mound of unmounted stamps!
Ohhh, inventory would be AWFUL! But shopping...that's another matter! I knew about their online store, but never realized that they had a storefront too! I imagine that is the only way you could afford to keep that much inventory.
Can you imagine if you could just go use any of those stamps any time you wanted? I would have "overload" switches go off in my head!
I had been on the website before and it overloads me, so I can't imagine the store itself! Hoping to go to Vegas in May, so this will be on my list of places to go. I gotta say, the camera guy made me dizzy though so I had to turn off the video. lol

Me too!! I was talking to my good friend yesterday and we decided when she wins the lottery we are taking a limo to Taos, New Mexico via limo and staying at a spa each night and getting a massage each morning. (We went to Taos last fall and want to go on a return trip). I guess Vegas will be on the route!!

Having been there several times, it isn't really very big just well stocked! They have some very unusual stamps too, so if you get the chance go.

This is true!!!!!! Just went to Vegas on a business trip with hubby and a friend and I went to this store............the shop itself is pretty run down and in a not-so-great part of town, so you actually have to get "buzzed" in! LOL But the selection of stamps is HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE and there is literally a mountain of unmounted stamps on a big table with stools all around............you really could get lost in that! All kinds of stamps.......some totally unique you'll never see anywhere else! LOL
A heads-up though..........they let us know that there is mold and dust everywhere now due to some renovating.......so just be careful if you have issues with that.......hopefully that will all clear up after they get finished with clean up!
I was there on a trip for my 50th bday..as someone said, it's not in a great part of town so do go in the daytime, but it's WELL worth the trip. I think I was there about 3 hours and was laughing out loud most of the time reading all the hilarious, one of a kind word stamps. Thank God I bought mostly unmounted stamps that time or my luggage would NEVER have made the weight limit!!
It's a fun store, with things you don't see anywhere else. I got a great Elvis stamp, as well as a Better Than Halmark stamp for the back of my cards. They have tons of stamps, but it sure looks bigger than I remember! If you are in Las Vegas, I definitely recommend a visit.

Ooh, I'd love to have a stamp like that! I'll go check out their website! ;)
I've been in the store several times while in vegas and always walk out with more than I wanted! It is primarily stamps, not alot of embellishments. And their website is great - if you are looking for a particular stamp, do a search on their site and they are bound to have it!
Yeah, interesting place, interesting pets and people

Yes, it is a very interesting place. You really do come out with more than you intend.
As for the bad part of town, I think they are only open during the day anyway and best to phone first. It is in a seedy part of town, near a High School without windows and behind Zingers night club. Fascinating place though. Lots of great stamps you cannot find anywhere else.
If you didn't bring an ink pad, you can buy them for 25 cents and try out the stamps on hotel stationary. Lots of good Vegas stamps too.
In fact, they have stamps from anywhere in the world. You want a stamp of a Koala, they have it. You want a New Zealand Kiwi, again, you will find it in stock.
You can buy an all day bus pass for $7 and then get off at the corner of Sahara Blvd and Las Vegas Blvd. (the strip) and go east and catch the bus to a commercial plaza, cross the street and walk behind Zingers and ring the bell and they will let you in.
Oh my God!! I was in Vegas last year but knew nothing about this place. Guess I'm going to have have to fly again (scared to fly). I HAVE to go to that place! What do I do with my husband when I disappear for hours? Hope there's a casino nearby.
