I know I have a lot of stamp sets (more than some, not as much as others), but I was curious about how I stacked up to others in terms of ribbon. I have 120 spools *gasp*, 4 different colors of twill tape in multiple widths, and 19 different ribbons on cards (1 yd ea). Does it help to say I bought most of it on sale?!
I have about 25 regular spools of ribbon and about 15 spools of the mini/bobbin ribbon and I also use twine, raffia, and colored elastic cord for making jewelry sometimes, too. I'm always looking for interesting ways to embellish.

I've been looking at ribbon storage options, and I think I need even more ribbon! My 120 spools pale in comparison to some other SCSers!! But then I never have the ribbon I want, so I'll just keep buying!!!
I have more ribbon than I care to count. My DD just rolls her eyes and shakes her head when I go through my ribbon stash.
I blame my addiction to ribbon on JodyLynn. *grin*
-140+ spools of ribbon
-56 ribbon cards with at least 2 kinds of ribbon wrapped on them, some have 3
-3 HUGE bags (old pillow case and sheet bags) full of 1-5 yards of random ribbons from RAKs, sales by the yard, etc
-28 different ribbons hanging on a curtain rod behind my craft chair
2-receipe boxes full of ribbon
4-large ziplock baggies crammed FULL of scraps (must be 6 inches or smaller)
This doesn't even count my twine, cord, ric-rac and speciality ribbon that I keep in a drawer!
I definitely have a ribbon issue. Storage is something I struggle with. I have about 4 different storage systems!
Well, so far I think I win. I quit counting at 160 spools and that was about a third of the ribbon in my stash. I can't seem to pass up the ribbon aisles and bins. Fortunately, I tend to use it frequently, but not fast enough to make a noticeable depletion in the supply.
All of mine put together might circle the globe, oh, around 3 times

You girls are cracking me up!!! I didn't think I had nearly as much as some of you until I started counting... Oh, no, probably too much!!! My DH teases me about stamping, says only *old ladies* do it! LOL I tell him it's a good, clean *habit*! So I refuse to feel bad about the oodles of stamps, ribbons and accessories I have. I find the more stuff I have, the more I enjoy creating!!! I don't ever give him a hard time about his boat! LOL
I can't even THINK about answering! Drawers . . . and drawers . . . . and more drawers. Seriously, I have my lifetime supply of ribbon and then some! I love to buy whole big spools of it and when I must buy it by the yard, I buy 4 yards minimum unless I really love it and then I'll buy even more. Oh yeah, it's a seriously adictive collection!
I win the prize for the least amount! I have maybe 30.
I guess I should get out of my comfy clothes and get out shopping right now! I could hit Hobby Lobby first before it closes, then Michael's because it is open one hour later, then I can go to Target, but do they really have ribbon? Then on the way home I can hit Walmart as it is open 24 hours. JoAnn's is to far out of the way, I will have to hit it tomorrow after church! I wonder how many I would have to buy at each to even come close to some of you???
I blame my addiction to ribbon on JodyLynn. *grin*
LOL! Yes, it is her fault, isn't it?!
I have more ribbon than I'd ever be able to use, but that doesn't keep me from buying more. Recently added to my wishlist are the new A Muse stitched grosgrain ribbons and the new PaperTrey twill ribbons. They're too beautiful to resist!
I have plenty from SU, some of it retired. I have a lot more from the stores, but as someone else said, I bought it all on sale.
I let my daughter use it any time she wants to put in her hair, so that's a good reason to have so much! She's got a ribbon for every outfit, and then some.

How much do you have???
WAY too much but never the right kind...
I have drawers and drawers full, several ribbon holders full, 10 - 100 yard rolls of grossgrain that I just had to have one time...a couple of photo storage boxes full, 2 - 10 inch tall clear jars with lids that used to have Italian choclates in them full, lots of baggies and probably more somewhere.
I haven't counted, but I have 2 gallon sized cracker jars full of clothespins wrapped with ribbon. They can fit about 70 clothespins each, and I have other ribbon on spools elsewhere.
Umm you gals know those wide 3 drawer units on wheels you can buy at wally world right?
I've got 6 drawers filled with spools of ribbon. Most of them double stacked with more thrown in on top. Oh yeah and then there's a couple of big mason jars filled with smaller pieces too.
And nope I have not been in on any shares (yet)
