do you own? I counted mine when I was reorganizing, and I have 124! :o I know I need to trade some of them off because I don't use them like I thought I would. Have to make room for my growing wish list!!! I was just curious as to where I fall in the SCS spectrum.
Last I counted I had 86, but then I found a few more, so make it around 90. Plus boxes of stamps from other companies too. Way too many for my storage area. I could easily get rid of half my stamps and not miss them.

I have about 105 SU! sets. I don't know how many sets from other companies (maybe 12). I'm not even going to start counting my individual stamps! (I don't think I really want to know).
I know that I have 100 current sets and at at least that much more of previous. I have been cleaning up and stashed my individual, (non SU) into a large plastic tote so probably 200 of them. I've been stamping about 15 years.
I'm trying to clean out the room so we can strip eons old wallpaper off and paint. Then we are doing adjustable shelves up that are 8" in depth for my stamp sets.

66 SU sets, 10 CTMH sets, and probably about 100 loose stamps. Arrggghhh. I want Chris to read this thread so he can see that I am not the only one outta control. LOL:p
I have about 15 sets that I absolutely LOVE! I only buy sets if I know for sure I'm going to use them...how could you ever use (or even know what you have) when you have 75 or more stamp sets?
I have probably about 30 "loose" stamps that I also use a lot.
Last I counted...193 SU sets and I have no idea how many others......lots! And don't ask me about my wheels.
Just when I think I'll get rid of some of the old unused ones, I use them. You'll have to bury me with them all.

I keep a data base of all my SU stuff and at last count I have 214 SU stamp sets. (Holy cow!) I've been collecting them for years though and 52 of them were free (sell-a-bration and hostess and hostess appreciation sets). I have sold a few sets over the years, but not many. I'm sure I have more sets than I need now, but it's so hard to part with any of them. I'm sure I'll add more to my collection this year, too. SU makes such great stuff and I like having a variety to chose from.
My husband and I just finally installed the new shelving unit he made for me. It was supposed to hold all my SU sets......Well......as I began putting them on the shelf, one by one, I discovered that I had over 116 (or 126, I can't remember now) stamp sets and they didn't all quite fit. I had to put my Christmas sets in a different place. I had NO IDEA I had that many myself! I've also got a rubbermaid of loose stamps. It is scarry how much stuff you can start accumulating with this hobby!!

I'm afraid to count mine! I'm running out of space for storage and will soon have to make some decisions about letting some go. It will be hard, because, like Snellybelle, I'm afraid I'll have a use for a set as soon as I sell it! Of course I have a few that I earned as freebies that really are just not my style....maybe I could part with those!
I also have a lot of stamps that I bought as gifts for my daughter that are her style, not mine. She brought all her stamping stuff over here when I set up a stamping room. She thought it would be more convenient for her to come here (just a few minutes up the road) to stamp rather than pulling all her stuff out and having to put it all away again. Now she's busy with other things in her life (kids and horses!), and no longer has time to stamp. Now the sets are mine by default!

I only have 4 sets at the moment, but another 8 on the way - not bad, considering I've only been stamping for less than a year. I agree with Sassyat30 (neat nickname by the way!). I like to know that I will use all of my stamps on a regular basis, so I'm very careful about what I buy. I don't know when I'll cut off my stamp buying, but I don't want to have so many that I forget what I have. I'd rather spend that money on different papers, inks and embellishments to "liven up" a set I haven't used that much.
Great - don't feel so bad. Since June 2004 I have 41 SU I bought from my demo, 21 retired ones from eBay,31 CTMH and maybe 20 others miscellaneous companies. SU is my first choice and may start sellilng my CTMH since I rarely use.
I have 30-ish, including wheels and about 5 individual stamps and more sets on the way in my demo kit...I've been stamping since September, so at this rate, I'll be needing much much much more storage!
I have 117 SU sets, about 5 TAC sets, and a drawer of single other stamps. I know what I have because they are all stamped in a binder and I look through it a lot! Plus, having spent the money to buy them I really try to keep track of everything. My SU sets are all listed in a spreadsheet too. I have about 10 that I am trying to get rid of. So I can buy more!
2 SU sets and one is now retired. I have all of the old style ink pad colors and 3 of the 4 inker sets. (I do own other stamps and am awaiting delivery of a CTMH catalog since I've never seen their stuff.)
I just took inventory of my stamps before the last hurricane. I have 72 SU sets, 4 "other" sets, and 54 individual stamps as well as 4 sets of non-SU alphabet stamps.

Let's start by saying I've been stampin for 10 years and am very addicted. While I have tons of stamps from many companies; I have 500+ SU sets. I hope my DH never actually knows how much I have invested in this hobby! LOL - I got into initially to save money since I send 20 or so cards for every holiday - even groundhog's day and all birthdays!!!

I just went and counted I now have 136 SU sets, 20 CTMH sets and about 500 stamps from other places. Way too many I need to sell or give away some too.
I did a poll on this on the demo side some time ago - trust me, only a couple of you have "lots" I think 125 or more is the norm (at least that's what I tell my hubby ;))
I have roughly 90 sets w/ like 10 more on the way.
