I always seem to be saying "I don't get enough stamp time" in each week! To be honest, can there ever be enough stamp time!!! So I wanted to ask all of you, how much time do you spend stamping each week?
I try to get in a few hours in my stamp room each day - but alot of that time is not actual stamping! I spend way too much time here looking at the galleries, etc.
Maybe my resolution for the new year should be less surfing and more stamping!
I voted ten plus, but it's hard to separate out surfing time from crafting time. I easily spend at least a couple of hours up here each day. Then there's tidying time - is that part of crafting or not?? Even if you take out surfing time AND tidying time, I'd still be in the 6-9 category.
Now that my Christmas cards have been mailed, it's 5-7 hours per week. But since August when I started my cards, it's been double that. Oh and then add in SCS and on-line shopping and well it starts to rival my real job!
I have to divide my time between stamping and all my other hobbies. I try to spend about 2 hours each day creating...whether it's stamping, scrapbooking, quilting, knitting, cross stitching, rug hooking, or a combination. That really is my time to unwind and relax!
My kids are 3 1/2 and 2 so my stamping time is very limited right now... I try and get a couple of hours in a week. Luckily they're starting to play better together and this week I've had almost an hour a day which has been exciting to me and i've been able to get all my Christmas cards done and some presents too! YAY! making it my NY resolution to stamp more too.
It can really vary for me, one week I'll have tons of creativity, then the next not so much and barely look in. On average I picked 6-9, but I'm not sure if that would even be the average when I think about it.
OH my goodness...I want to say over 40....between nights and weekends...it doesnt take long to get there...mind you my hubby travels Mon-Friday for work and I am all alone. It makes it very easy for me to spend countless hours in my stamp room. I produce A LOT of cards...blessings. Oh..it still doesnt seem like a lot of hours to me..there is just never enough time in my room.
