Question How many cards in a set?

I am getting ready to start making sets of notecards for my son's teachers, but am not sure how many to give. How many do you include in a gift set?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.....

I think it's really up to you. You can include as many cards as you would like. The last time I made a gift set I included 6 cards in each set. HTH

I agree. I'd put 6 full size cards in a set then pair it with somethng (like chcolates or a gift card). If you're making small notecards (3x3) I'd put 6-8 in a set. You may want to think about packaging first and see how many cards will fit first instead of maing a set then scrambling to find a perfect fit container. HTH

I usually do 6-8. Any less seems kind-of like why bother and more seems too much. I do more for certain teachers that I've known for years both through school and personally, but that's an exception. Plus, a lot of times if you buy a set in the store, they tend to run in 8 packs.

I've gone all the way from 4-10, and actually did a huge set as a gift once with about 25... but for typical sets I'd say 6-8. And I definitely agree with checking out your box first, or whatever you're going to put the cards in when you give them away! Sometimes I can only fit in 4 but other times 8 is needed, depending on what box I am repurposing.

Good luck!
