Default How to make a Tassel Key Chain?
I thought I read on here, a while back, about how to make a little tassel key chain. I can't find the thread anywhere or quite figure out on my own how to attach the tassel to a key chain. It seems like there was some hardware of some sort to help with that part.

Can anyone help?
