There is Staz-On cleaner that will work. I use Simple Green. Very cheap. You can get it in the automotive section at WalMart. Great stuff!!
I clean them with Stampin' Mist afterward to be sure they stay conditioned.
I agree with the rest of the ladies...I use Staz-on cleaner (use your coupon for M's). This is one of the best cleaners out there for rubber stamps. I also use Simple Green with my stamps as a cleaner as well, but Staz-on cleaner works better in most cases. As someone already mentioned, you cannot use Staz-on cleaner on acrylic stamps since they have a strong chemical that could potentially be harmful to clear stamps. I just Simple Green on my clear stamps or wash with warm water and soap and let air dry.
I agree with Alma. For all of my clear arcylic stamps I use soap and water, let them air dry so they maintain their "cling". Keep in mind that your clear stamps are going to stain no matter what ink your using (at least to some degree) but this does not effect the image that you get from them.

I don't think a few times of using Stazon cleaner on your clear stamps has ruined them, so don't worry about it, just maybe don't do it any more!
Personally, I don't worry about it being perfectly clean. Tim Holtz actually purposefully lets it dry on his stamps, as it then protects them.
I use Simple Green mostly, too.

Ultra Clean vote here for long term use... BUT... if you can't find the stuff and were looking for a one-time cleaning ((I wouldn't make a habit of it)).... but.... you can use......(sheeesh, enough suspense already)... isopropyl alcohol. Just put a little on a rag and it will take the StaZon right off your rubber! ((no flames please))
Be careful to condition your stamp after cleaning it by either using SU's stampin mist, putting a coat of Versamark on it, or rubbing it with some glycerine.
Until I found Ultra Clean, I had done this several times and it works really well! The alcohol COULD dry out your rubber eventually, but not if you only use it occasionally and condition the stamp immediately afterward. I have many stamps that I've done this with over the past 5/6 years, they are fine.
Highly recommend staz on cleaner for every colour staz on used, but absolutely for black. And then i wipe it clean with a nappy wipe, and then i use the lid of my SU Stamp cleaner to dry it. But i recommend cleaning it immediately after use. Dont leave it. Hope this helps. ;)
