Question How do you add charms to cards/albums??

There are so many fantastic charms available in the jewelry section of Michael's, Hobby Lobby, etc.

But I never know how to attach them to cards or album pages/covers. I've been attaching a 1" to 2" piece of chain to the charm, punching a 1/8" hole in the page, and putting a brad through the chain and page.

I know there has to be a better, more professional way to do this. Help!!

Jump rings! I attach a jump ring to the charm, then attach the jump ring to my bow. Here's an example:

I bought some brads that have a "loopy"(technical term) thing at the bottom. Made by Karen Foster Designs. They called it charm pin up brads. I can't remember where I got them, but found some listed at scrapbook.com.

Thanks for the ribbon idea and the brads with "loopy" thing. ;-D I just placed an order with Scrapbook.com today, but I'll get some charm pin up brads with my next order!
