How do I vote in a poll?

I wanted to vote in the scrap booking poll but didn't know how. I am a member. Can anyone help me?

yep. polls have a time limit, so if you didn't see a way to vote it was probably because the time limit had expired. as far as creating them, only administrators or moderators of the forum are allowed. don't know why, that's just the way we have it set up right now.
