I didn't read to see if these were the directions sorry. But I did find it on Jan Tink's blog. Hope it helps.

If you make one will you tell me what size envelope you use for the receipts? I'm really OCD about things like this lol. I have it on my to do list for next year. I did find the folders at Office Max at least.
