Default High Hopes stamps

I really want to order some stamps from High Hopes. I was trying to get an estimate on shipping (I want either cling or rubber only stamps). The site says to contact them for unmounted shipping costs, as it may be lower than what's quoted on their site.
I have emailed and tried calling the # on the site. I emailed 2 or 3 times to both email addresses on the site, no response. I tried calling and my call wouldn't go through.
Have you had good experiences with this company? I really want these stamps, but I can't get any response.

Talking

Hi there!! Sorry you aren't getting any response. I know that they are in the midst of moving right now, both the family home and the shop for the business. (They have seven children, so there's a LOT involved in moving the family, plus the business!!) But if you'd like to PM me with your email address, I would be happy to forward your information directly to the owner. I am on the Design Team for High Hopes.

I have ordered from them many many times  !! I LOVE High Hopes!!!! In the past I have not had any troubles hearing back from them by email or contacting them by phone. My last couple of orders, they have refunded the difference automatically from what the site charges vs actual shipping. You are going to LOVE the stamps!!!
HTH!!!

I too have ordered from them. They are incredible. Great customer service. You will be very happy with them. Just be patient. They are super. I have ordered both mounted and unmounted and could not have been happier.

You probably don't need any more affirmation, but I have ordered from High Hopes numerous times, and they have awesome customer service. I would be willing to bet that things must be really crazy for them not to respond. Keep trying, you will not be sorry!!!

I too would like to know if the shipping is less for unmounted. Thanks for asking!

I've ordered from High Hope a couple times and have never been disappointed. If you order unmounted bare rubber, the shipping costs are way cheaper. I'm sure they are really busy or there's a "technical issue" and that's why you can't contact them. They really are fantastic to deal with.

Ditto what all these ladies have said about High Hopes stamps. Fantastic stamps, great service, you are just catching them at an unusually busy moving time for both their buisness and home life. Take Kimmie up on her offer. You will not be disappointed at all with this company, the stamps, and the service you receive.

Thank you ladies, and thank you Kim!
I was able to get into contact with Tina. They are in the process of moving and I think their site was acting wonky.

But, crisis averted! I am working on getting some new stamps!
