Default Hi all - Is ELLEN WELLEN here???

Hi - I am new here! And I stumbled upon this message board while looking for a way to contact a person named Ellen Wellen.

If you know if she is here or where I could possibly find her, please let me know!!!

She did a beautiful job on a card and I would like to know how she got a certain effect using Pearl Ex!

Thanks so much - I appreciate MUCH!

I'm not Ellen, but I may be able to figure it out. Where is her card?

Default thank you so much!!!

I am not sure if I attached a picture right....

It looks like she used:
Embossing Heat Tool (100005)
Eyelet Tool Kit (101016)
Eyelets - Soft Subtles I (10037
Pearl Ex Powder - Aztec Gold (101776)
Stampin' Emboss Powder - Iridescent Ice (101930)
Stampin' Emboss Powder - Winter White (100551)
Stipple Brushes (101399)

and it says that she combined the winter white emboss Powder with the Pearl Ex.

I'm not quite sure how to do this and what she did for the "I Miss You"???

This will be my first time using pearl ex too and I wanted to do a similar card for a stamp camp.

Thanks for ANY help!

I'm pretty sure (although I can't tell exactly...) that this is the stippled embossing technique.

I'll try it this afternoon, as I have all of the recipe items.

You mix the Winter White ep with Axtec Gold.
Stamp trees with Versamark and pore Winter White/Gold mix and emboss.
Take a stipple brush and stipple Versamark over the entire piece of CS including where the trees have been embossed. Dump on your DD ep, emboss once again and mount.

If this isn't the way she did it, it'll probably give you the same sort of effect that she has done.

I'll post after I give it a try.
