We are all so quick to complain when things go wrong so wanted to give a shout out to HA.

As many of you know they were having major issues Monday with the release of their new monthly kit. Website wasn't working properly and their phones were ringing off the hook.

I had double charges for my order. They took care of it immediately. My order shipped Tuesday and arrived today. When I first opened the box there was 2 stamps I didn't order. One is a thank you stamp the other a pretty flower. They are in cello bag tied with twine and a tag that says I'm sorry.

Their customer service is above and beyond. Even under extreme stress their gals still had a smile in their voice.

Now if they could just get their web store working again. It's still down so don't know what the issue is but I'm sure they will get it worked out.

Thank you HA for excellent customer service!!

I won a $25 Hero Arts gift certificate thru the Hope You Cab Cling To challenges. My order was shipped quickly but somehow got stuck in pre-Christmas postal land! HA offered me a $10 code to say "sorry"....even though it wasn't their error! I love the new stamps/ die sets that I received and their great customer service!

I'd been waiting to order from them for the first time. I saw the January kit and HAD to have it. The store was still down today, I finally had a chance to call them again. I'd called Wednesday and it was busy. Got right through today and had my order placed in about 5 minutes. And the rep on the phone was cheerful. Great service!! Hope the fix their issues soon. I might have ordered more than the kit and add-on if I could have shopped.

That is great! I also love the kit! I am not sure if I can order, but I do love it.

I agree, their customer service person was wonderful. I was trying to order on line and saw they were having problems so I just called them with my order. It was sent out the next day and had two wooden stamps with a card that said I'm sorry. One stamp was a Sorry stamp the other a flower. I thought that was so nice of them, they really didn't have to but how nice. BTW I ordered last month's kit and this month's kit. With a few extra things. I have always loved their stuff.
