Hi SCS friends,
Thank you to the 31 people who sent BEAUTIFUL Blush Blossom (and others) cards to my friend as a surprise for her birthday. Wendy was thrilled! It really was fun to go to the mailbox! She has made a card for each one of you, in return, and hopes to get them in the mail by Monday. She hopes they all reach their destinations since some of you only listed your SCS name with your address. LOL Look for her to post comments under her new SCS name...flamingoprincess50! (By the way, since she didn't get the actual 50 cards, I figured she can say she's 31, what do you think?ha) Mona
Hey Mona, I got my card from Wendy & it had a stamped image of the Mona Lisa. So now everytime I see your name I will think of that card. Too cute! It was very sweet of her to send me one. Tell her thanks for me!
I got my card today with a personal message!!! Beautiful.. Although I was looking to find a card in Blush Blossom...LOL

For the very nice card you send as a thank you! The mesh, brads, and crystal effects (? I think that's what you did ?) on the flower centers added such neat touches.
I loved getting a handmade card in my mailbox today!

You can't believe how funny it truly would be if she actually got a LATE 50th Blush Blossom card, so PLEASE, PLEASE send one out...I keep joking about how this is the birthday that won't end! She is home here in WI visiting family now and they have been doing so much, so it would be great for her to return to VA and, yet, ANOTHER BB card is waiting! Let me know if you send it. Mona
I am finally getting around to posting Wendy's wonderful cards! I won't be able to do them all at once but hopefully will get them all done by 8/11/05. There are some that don't have SCS names on them, so if you look in her gallery and see your creation without your "proper" SCS name and would like it added, just PM me (sherristampsalot) with the information and I'll take care of it. It has been so much fun seeing all the beautiful cards everyone sent Wendy! OK...I'm going back to scanning so I can start posting!! :smile:
