Go to your gallery by clicking the "gallery" link at the top of the screen, and then click on "My Gallery" on the left. Surf to the thumbnail you want to change, then click it to display that page. Scroll down to just below the descriptive text, and there should be an "Edit Photo" link on the right. After you click that link, you have the choice of editing all the separate fields associated with your photo, including the title. Click "Submit Changes" when you're done.
Even when you don't upload a new photo, it still goes through the approval process again, so don't be concerned when your edits don't show up immediately. Guess why I know how to do this.
