I'm working on a recipe swap and it just needs something but I just don't know what. Please give me some ideas!

Really cute! I would pry off the recipe and mat it and maybe use a tiny stamp on the blue paper with a tone-on-tone effect. That girl is so adorable and it looks like she took forever to color! Nice work.

It's really cute!

How about adding some kind of background image on the light blue and maybe putting some kind of embellishment in the top left corner (eyelets, brads, stick on gems)...also maybe mat the recipe in the lighter blue.

Hmmm. I would mat the recipe with a pink color that matches her robe and them move Bella over so she actually overlaps the recipe (maybe on dimensionals...). There is a perfect nook in the writing where she would fit nicely.

Looks great and I love the colors!

I was thinking matting and like a flower or other embellishment on there somewhere...Very nice though

I agree with matting the recipe, and I would move Bella down closer to the bottom of the layout so she is grounded and doesn't appear to be "floating"

Also, I think it would look awesome if after moving Bella down, that you use your word "X-cellent" to be printed on the top blue portion and the rest of the title on the recipe itself. ;)

Love it -- I would simply take a brown marker and draw freehand some straight lines along the blue -- to make like a border. It really finishes off a card or page. and the lines don't have to be straight and can cross over each other --

here's an example (sorry it's not a great pic) but see the stamped images and how they are in that "square" ...well, it's just drawn in -- 2 semi-straight lines. It kinda finishes off a picture or image and would look great along the blue part of your swap.
