Help Me Find All Dress UP Lipstick Holder Instructions

The Other day while Browsing I came across a DARLING Lipstick holder made by a really talented Lady. She had detailed instructions on her Blog and I can't find them.
I would love to Case these for my Daughter's Bridal shower.

No problemo! I hope to have a class using "All Dressed Up." Gosh there are so many possibilities for playing dress up with that!

Did you know that tulle will melt? Last fall sometime I saw on someone's blog where she used her heat tool to melt the tulle and it then looks like ruffle. It took me a while to remember who it was (Lyssa) and then find it. Mini Photo Tutorial: Quick Ruffled Tulle Trim - Song of My Heart Stampers

This would be sooo cool as part of the skirt on this!! Hmmm maybe a wedding dress of tulle and lace or a tutu even! ohhhh or a flamenco dancer .... you could sponge ink on the ruffles of the tulle.

Wow, I knew the ribbon would melt but I didn't know the tulle did....HOW FUN! I'll have to try. There are endless possibilities with the dress. I have a few more in my gallery. With my fashion designer background I am having fun playing!
