Help Identifying this Stampin up Die

I am looking for the die from the mini catalog on page 71. Its the white sheet with all the squares around it. Please don't tell me its from a kit, lol

It's not a die. It's out of the Dandy Laser-Cut Paper on pg. 25. I had to look at the catalog download and zoom in several times.

That is really a bad picture as I had to take a magnifying glass to see that the diecut dragonflies were in that kit too.
