Help Identifying Embossing Folder

On page 79 of the mini catalog on the top right, the snailed it card. Where do I find this folder?

I don't think it is an embossing folder. I think it is made from tiny tile shapes cut from one of the dies in the die set and taped on in a brick pattern.
