It looks like 1998 at the lower left and maybe a sig at lower right?  If you can read that maybe you can Google the artist. Very pretty tree!

Just to clarify, this is a stamped image you have and you are hoping to identify the company to get this tree stamp yourself? Is that correct? 

Doing a Google search on pine tree rubber stamps yielded dozens of results. The closest one in my opinion is by Penny Black and is called Before The Snow.
