Can you help me? I have no upline as I started as a demo as soon as SU came into Canada. I'm a hobby demo and just this wknd I did a workshop where two of the guests would like to sign up. The problem is - They both know each other, should I sign them both up personally or should we sign one under the other. What is expected of me as upline to these new recruits. What do you do for your downline? I really hadn't planned on this so I never looked into it much.
Thanks
My downline showed me how to use the website, she made me the color charts, gave me some ideas in worksheet form. I still attend her stamp camps free of charge, she's always there to answer questions, she swaps ideas with me and gives me little things here and there like extra card fronts for samples! Plus she's just a great friend!
Well, an upline is there to encourage/help/teach the downline. Since they will both be new demonstrators I would sign them both up under you so you can teach them what they need to know about SU.
Oh, and this probably should be in the demo forum.;)

Sign them both yourself. When I signed,my best friend signed under someone and I immediatly signed under her. She dropped after one quarter and I now have no immediate upline, it's no fun. Take them both and take good care of them. Just offer them what you know, and show them the ropes. good luck
