I have seen a stamp of St Nicholas or Santa Claus somewhere and now I can't seem to find it again. It is a rectangular image depicting a close up of his face. It is fairly detailed and looks vintage or Victorian. It seems to me that it had a sort of Stampington & Company look to it, but it isn't on their website, so perhaps I am mistaken.
Does anyone know of a stamp that looks like this and could give me a pointer?
Just to let you know the code number of the Rubber Stampede 'Santa Collage' stamp is 3408F - thought that may help you track it down in the USA if that's the one you want!
I posted a similar question, and Racercat gave me this information: www.peddlerspack.com look under Santas
The one I really like is the Real Santa. I don't know if it is the one you want, but it is what Santa looks like in my mind. I ordered it, and received it pretty quickly. They have several Santas. Good luck on your search, Eileen

I have a Holiday Cube from Stampington. This might be the one you're talking about. It's the "C8436 Holiday Cube." It has 6 stamps and one is a vintage Santa. I used that one last year for my Christmas cards. This link shows the cube, and also a neat Santa Collage that has the same St. Nick with some other things. Hope this is what you're looking for.
Stampin' Up also has/had a small close-up of Santa in the "Old Fashioned Christmas" set.
Or you could do an advance search in the gallery. Put in the word Santa and click on Search titles only. There are a LOT of santa faces in the gallery and at least a few people have included the name of the stamp.
This is the old Gumball Graphics stamp. Stamp Francisco's stamp is a close copy of it...meaning that they put enough minor tweaks in it to avoid copyright issues. The Gumball Santa is no longer in production.
ACK! I've been after that Rubber Stampede one for a while now; I wish I'd seen this thread before! Any idea what the Rubber Stampede one goes for retail?
