I have seen a baby-type line at my LSS that has both blue and pink camo. I couldn't find it on their site, but if you want to call them and ask, they'll know what you're talking about. Here's their website: http://thecraftyscrapper.com/

i've seen blue and pink cammo paper in the open stock paper at Hobby Lobby. I think it was an older line though.

If you can't find it you could buy a cow pattern background stamp (I think CHF has one) and stamp it in different blue inks...or just create from tracing and cutting blue papers then piecing over each other.

Also, Making Memories has a camouflage stamp in their Just Chillin' line. The stamp is a sort of blob shape that you stamp all around to make a camouflage pattern. Might be a good idea so you can make any color camo!
