Default Help contacting SU

I just tried to call customer service but the only choice was for demonstrator. I am a customer and wanted to see how I could get the codes for the bonus special. I did not keep the emails for my July orders and don't know how to get them. I used to be able to speak to someone as a customer. Does anyone know how I can talk to someone or get my bonus codes?

Did you order through a demonstrator or selected a demo when placing your order? Maybe they could help you.

1-800-stampup which translates to 1-800-782-6787 the into does prompt you to enter a demo id number but then it says 'or stay on the line to speak to the next representative'.

When I called this afternoon, there was not an option to speak to anyone. It only refered to demonstrators and getting a call back.

is the option for live chat available for you when you go to the website? some people are having better luck with chat than calling

Oh my goodness... I'm so frustrated. I have spent all morning trying to contact SU. There is no way to contact them. My Demo has also been trying to help me resolve my issue but she is getting nowhere either. I've seen lots of companies go downhill with customer service, but I NEVER thought SU would be one of them.
If there is ANYONE out there that can help I would really appreciate it. I need to get the bonus code before the 31st or I can't use them.

Try emailing them. They take about a week to answer emails, but you've got just over that to get and use your codes. If your subject line includes the word customer (i.e. Customer needs Bonus Coupon codes), they may prioritize the message. Here's the email address: [email protected] In the meantime, ask your demo to use the chat function on the demo site to try to contact SU more quickly than by phone.

I understand they are having serious communication issues. Gmail notified me of three failed deliveries on my last email and yes, by phone you have no option to speak with a person. I had the option to leave my phone number in their queue around noon on Tuesday & still waiting for a callback. Wait and see?

Update: received response to my email on Saturday 8/26/23 - whew & LOL

They have some personal issues with the family right now and their lack of response could be due to negative remarks the business has received because of it. However, demos should be able to help you.........my demo received my codes and saved them "just in case".

Update... I am delighted to say that I was contacted by a lovely young lady from SU today and my issues have been resolved.
I'm not sure how this happened exactly, but she said that someone had reached out about my issue. At least someone (although unknown) can get in touch with those in the company who can get things done. I do hope that things get worked out. I am not a Demo but know that my Demo is so frustrated that she is ready to hang it up.
Thanks to the Splitcoast community for any help or information given.
I hope I can help someone in the future.
