My FIL called and wants a birthday card for a 50th b-day party, I need to make something out of the box, he wants something silly and I have no silly stamp sets.....
THANKS
you could make a sympathy card of sorts,,,,, or something in black,, or a cake with candles all over it,, lots of candles,,, bonfire of candles,,, "so many candles, so little cake!"

For my sister's 50th, I took one candle and stamped it 50 times all over the card....front and inside. Then I wrote a little note....'Yep, there's 50 of 'em....wanna count?"
But, for others, I've just used the Over the Hill set. I love it!!!
What about the bikini bottom with the princess crown tattoo? That would be a real hoot for a 50th b-day card--especially if your FIL wants something silly.
As far as the Sketch It set goes, you could use the heart stamp to make a nice cleavage card. Check the gallery for some great samples of this!
My oldest daughter just turned 40 and my other daughter wanted to make something a little different for her. I asked her if it was okay to forward this on to you. Hopefully the humor won't offend anyone ... but if you want out of the box and if your FIL has a sense of humor, check out the card she made Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
