Default Has anyone purchased from Simon Says Stamps lately
I am thinking of placing an order with them and was wondering about their customer service. I know a while back many people has posted negative things about them and was wondering if it has gotten any better. Thanks for your input.

They ship in 2-4 days, but the actual transit time seems to be between 10 days and nearly three weeks to Canada. That's not their fault though.

BUT free shipping to Canada for orders over $70? I'll take it!

I have ordered from them a few times - just received an order last week.
I'd recommend them.

I have bought things from them a few times and have not run into any problems. I just ordered last week...their shipping to Canada is so reasonable...I am in Ontario but like Jennifer said above, it may take 2 weeks. Not their fault but the postal system and things being checked as they come over the border.

Thanks everyone for your input. I think I will go ahead and place my order. Shipping to Canada always takes about 2 weeks from the US to get to me so thats not a problem.

Just thought I would chime in too. I've ordered from them several times recently, and never had any problems. Always quick and usually get some free bling or something I really appreciate their great shipping prices. I don't manage to order enough at one time to get free shipping to Japan, but still tons cheaper than most places would charge
