I recently placed a decent-sized order with
Skipping Stones Design, having been heavily influenced by
this gorgeous card by Mailes Belles.
When I didn't receive it I checked the tracking, which said it had been delivered the day before. Um, no it wasn't. I tried asking my mail carrier and at my post office but they were of minimal help, saying it was probably mis-delivered...too bad so sad. :confused:
I contacted Heather at SSD, who offered to replace my entire order at no charge.
I was so impressed because I'm convinced this was the post office's fault and not the fault of her company. I received the replaced stamps today.
Just wanted to give them a bug THUMBS UP!
