I've used it (long ago) with future floor wax also in a water pen! Great results and now
I'm inspired to do it again!

Another technique with Pearl Ex is to stamp in Staz-On Ink on one side of clear contact or similar. You peel off the back of the contact and sprinkle the Pearl Ex across the sticky until it is covered, or at least as much as you want depending on the effect you are after. You then stick that onto your card, page, etc just like anything paper or card. Looks especially nice on a dark background

I am not sure if there is a better way to do it, but with Perfect Pearls powder I learned at a Tim Holtz demo to put Perfect Pearls (he used the "tail" of a pen cap, the part that holds it in a pocket protector?) in a mini mister, if you want color to it, add one dropper of distress reinker (or more or less to get your desired affect) and then fill with water. Does anyone make this and add something differently?

A trick I use to add a tiny bit of Pearl Ex (or any other powder, glitter, etc.) to my mini-mister or to a specific area of a project is to take a regular plastic drinking straw and cut it at a sharp angle - the angled point makes a great tiny scoop and gives you a lot of control over where the powder ends up.

the ones for milkshakes have a ready-made scoop in them. or you could use a coffee stirrer.
