Default FISKARS Customer Service WOW!

I just thought I'd share. I have had an awesome experience. I have one of the Fiskar trimmers that has the guide wire in it. I busted the wire so I emailed their customer service department to see how I could go about purchasing a replacement part.
Maureen responded asking me to send the measurements or a picture of the trimmer model that I have and they would send me a new part.....and there is no charge!!
How awesome is that???
Just wanted to share

My sister had a problem with a paper trimmer. They sent her a replacement then the next day she got another replacement. They told her it was an error and to give the duplicate away. Soon after she had a problem with the numbers rubbing off the clear guide. She e-mailed again and they sent her a replacement. This time it was a different trimmer (one with the wire). She e-mailed to let them know that they sent the wrong one. They told her that they no longer made the made the trimmer she had problems with and that is why they sent her an upgrade.

There have been alot of not so nice reviews of the Fiskars trimmers but I love mine. I had the old purple one for along time till I couldn't read the measurements any more then just got the one with the wire and got it I think 50% off and love it. :p

I have two fiskars trimmers and love them both. I really like the newer titanium cutting blades, those are awesome.

I have a Fiskars trimmer and it is so nice! I love it. Every project I work on involves using it. It has been durable and cuts so fine without shredding edges. It's a rotary blade trimmer and it has been a lovely workhorse for me! I carefully clean the blades every now and then as I sometimes cut through pieces where I have used adhesives. Be careful doing this because those blades are sharp!! But once they are clean, good as new again! One of my favorite crafter's tools!

I have heard these stories over and over again during the 12 years I've been stamping. This company has a sterling reputation!

It's good to know that they make good on their lifetime warranty promise. I love my fiskars trimmer. I've purchased a few but the one I like best has a rotary blade instead of the orange square kind (if that makes sense).
