I know I'm not the first one to finish their Christmas cards, but I am very happy to say that the first 40 cards are done! I make cards for myself, my mom, and my mother. I still have probably 50 more to make in two design but I am glad that the first group is done.
Good for you!!! I am normally working on mine right now but am a bit behind :( Love your card! When the rest of us are pulling our hair out, you will be on the sofa with some hot chocolate saying "Gosh, wonder what I am going to do tonight..."

Awesome card and congratulations on getting the first batch done.
I have been working on mine a little at a time. I probably have 25 out of 60 done. I stop for a couple of weeks to work on my Halloween cards. Hope to wrap them up this weekend and then start back on my Christmas cards.
That's so awesome! I was thinking October/November for mine - which could be pushing it! This is just such a busy time of year for me. I need to take like a week in the fall just for crafting so I can fit it all in. ;)
no craft room at the moment - everything still boxed and will have to wait until basement is drywalled.
I don't send many out anymore - never got that many back or even acknowledged - except my Ragdoll friends. Stamps way to freaking expensive - so maybe 10 might get made before the 25 of December

OK - I have to admit - the only stamping is the sentiment on the inside, but each of the cards has 18 rhinestones! Very very quick and simple, but my mother finally gets her Christmas cards with trees on them!
Thanks for looking at my card! Made my day to get the positive feedback.
I've been working on Christmas cards for the past month. I have about 18 done, and that's probably more than I need! My card list has dwindled substancially in the past few years.

Yes, all I have done is I've decided on what card I'll be making! I don't even own the stamp set yet. It's from the SU holiday catty. Can't remember the name....it has the SUV, trees, polar bear, etc.

Wow, that's awesome Nancy - and your card is gorgeous! I am always in awe of people who make such a large batch of Christmas cards. I have done the grand total of......wait for it.......2! My creative spirit seems to be deserted me and all I have done is make a mess in my Craft Room trying new techniques that just don't work for me. Currently I am cleaning up in the hope of finding my creative spirit somewhere in there......
Hurrah for you. It looks like a lot of work putting on the bling. I just finished 20 detailed Christmas cards for my cousin's birthday. She was so excited. Good luck getting your other ones finished.
I got the embossing folder at JoAnn's. I don't remember what brand or what the title is, but the folders were 2/$5 earlier this summer, and I know it's not one of the "big names".

Putting on the bling went surprisingly fast, but yes - 18 pieces per card! My X-acto knife was my friend!
