I have a few that I wanted to add for this week- it always amazes me that I try to see the gallery submissions each day, how can I not see all of the beautiful cards that get mentioned? There are just so many cards posted each day- so...I gotta say I LOVE this Sunday posting- I see so many cards I love that I would otherwise miss.

i have been waiting for SOMEONE to ask! you're the first.
there was a group of people who were putting together an organization. they kept adding more and more rules in order to belong/participate/"do it right".....they had 61 rules, and no one was able to follow them all, to everyone's satisfaction, and one of the founders of the organization came up with rule 62, which is: "don't take yourselves so damn seriously".

I'm shocked to have received a PM stating that I post too many cards here. If there was a rule, it should be stated in the first post. I personally don't think I did anything wrong since the cards I posted had very little comments. So the claim that I'm taking cards that others would have listed is ridiculous. If I'm stopping people from viewing the rest of the thread, I apologize. I'll refrain from posting anymore cards here in the future. I'll stick with the CAS faves thread.

There has never been any rules in place about the number of cards posted. I say the more "pats on the back" given the better.

We each can choose to view or not, right? I am sorry you received a PM that was critical.
I, myself, had looked at all of the cards you listed and had left comments on quite a few of them that I hadn't seen this week.
It would be a shame to miss the opportunity that this thread gives us all to appreciate each other. I think especially for you, who is so generous with your love of the talent of others.

I have been posting to this thread for AGES. I do agree we all have our own views on interpreting the thread, and we all enjoy relaxing over coffee or tea enjoying all of the posts that we have missed each week- and I start my thread out that way each and every week because it is true each week- there are so many more posts now than there ever have been in the past in general, it is hard to view them all as closely as we did in the past, and i miss many many gorgeous cards......
I did send a PRIVATE message to Miss Boo this AM, as it took me over 30 minutes to view the over...70 cards posted by her, and I thought we could have a adult conversation about it. I did state that I had no intent to offend, but if you do look at past postings, NO ONE posts even 25 cards- please, I asked her in so many words to be respectful of those of us who did not have a ton on time to view that many cards.
I did not want it to become a public discussion on the board, as I am sure many people have differing opinions about it and I felt it would possibly put Janice or others in the middle of a personal discussion. What I expected was a PM back if there was any discussion saying either I will take your feelings into consideration or I am sorry I disagree and will continue to post the favorites as usual. The end of story.
So, I apologize if I offended anyone as apparently I have.
Oh, my... I can't believe I have only two fav's from this week... I really hope to have much more gallery time after my boys get out of school tomorrow. Anyways, here are my two:

Jen, I would hate to see you quite posting to this thread, I always love looking at your favorites, because I know they usually consist of alot that I have missed viewing all week. So, please dont do that.
I thoroughly enjoy seeing the cards that everyone posts in this thread, and draw so much inspiration from them! And it's a free choice of what and if we view each one, right?
Oh Jen, how rude of someone to do that! I always look forward to your list(even if I'm not on it)! Please keep posting just to show that person they don't know what they're talking about!
You always make my day special when you list one of my cards. Think how big my head was today when you listed four of my cards!! Bless you girlie!

Dear Miss Boo- you cannot know how much all your hard work putting this list together means to so many of us. I'm sure we would all love to have enough time to look at and comment on every card in the gallery. That is just not possible for so many of us. Last week there were almost 7500 cards uploaded here. But, I know I can count on you to point me towards cards that I really want to see when I don't get a lot of gallery-gazing time. I especially appreciate that you made this list cards that deserve more recognition than they have been getting.
Putting this list together must have taken an immense amount of time and in the process you have saved thousands of us time.

I, for one, wanted to say Thanks! for giving me some great cards to look at!! I know I would never have found them without your list. I just figure that if it is tooo much, then I can CHOOSE NOT to view them. sheesh!! What are we in second grade?

Well, to me it is that many more people you have blessed by letting them know someone noticed their work.

Don't stop posting your favs! I always look at all the ones you post. You have great taste! I always love to see the cards you've chosen and I would be heartbroken if you stopped participating!
What is wrong with people? I can't believe someone would take the time to PM you to tell you to stop lifting others up. What does your gut tell you when you really think about that? Mine tells me that that person may just be annoyed that their cards haven't been chosen. UGH!

Very *pretty* week in this gallery! Since I don't have a lot of time to cruise here, I am thankful for this thread. There are so many I may have missed! Here is what I saved to my favs this week!

I heard it too and personally I just do not give a good rats behind (censored that in case there were little eyes or some that don't like the other behind word) so dont go just to the other thread.. do both.. heck I love looking at what everyone puts.. esp lately that I dont have much time on my hands (and no I didnt read everything that started after your post cuz well I dont just feel like it at the moment.. I came to look at the faves not the other stufffeessss)
