I agree with this! I think we get in the habit of just favoring those who are already well known and some other really great stampers feel they will never be noticed!
This brings up another issue I've often wondered about. I think often people are mentioned here and don't even know it. Does anyone have a system for letting people know?

haha.. funny you said that. For the first 5-6 months of my SCS life I didn't really know what forums were, and even after that didn't really frequent them. There were some Sundays that would go by and one of my cards would get an extra 200 or more views and a couple more comments, and i'd be like, "huh? oh well...." hahaha... then i found this thread.
whenever i mention someone that hasn't been mentioned, i pm them. i've also been pm'd by the mentioner when i've been mentioned.. WOW was that a convoluted sentence OR WHAT??? hahahaha... tongue twister: when you mention a member, message the member when they've been mentioned.

Aww, thanks to those who picked some of my card creations this week. I'm flattered & thankful. I had never heard of this thread before, but I really enjoyed looking at everyone's favorites. When I'm done with my project I will add my 2 favorites of the week. Thanks again!!

I love this thread and would be very disappointed if it ever stops. Also would love to submit my favorites but don't have a clue on how to link more than one. Would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how to do this (in very simple terms) . I also feel it would be so nice if everyone took up Cindy's challenge of listing one new one each week. It is an unbelievable encouragement to have one of your cards as a favorite.

It is easy! Just open a new window to the gallery page, go to your favorites link....click on the one you want to share, then copy (highlight the web address and either right click with your mouse and choose copy or highlight the web page and hold down the control and "c" button on your keyboard) what is in the part at the top where you usually type the web address and paste it (either right click with your mouse and choose paste or hold down the control and "v" button on your keyboard) back into a new message here. Hit Enter and then go back to the window with your gallery, hit the back arrow button at the top, choose the next card you want to share and do the copy and paste again.

I love this thread and do think it's a great way to see cards you missed. I challenge everyone to try to add a person that isn't as well profiled as some of the ones we are seeing on here.
