Are you looking for images or sentiments? For sentiments, Stampin' Up!'s "On Your Birthday" covers a lot of ground. I find myself using it again and again.

For birthday images, I mix and match a lot and actually don't even use "birthday" images a lot. Some of my favorite sets are Crazy for Cupcakes (in love with this set), Party Hearty (really cute used as a pennant), On a Pedestal and Birthday Bliss. All Stampin' Up!, of course! ;)
