A couple of months ago, there was a thread were people listed their favorite SU color combination. Now that spring is here and many of us are working on different styles of cards, I thought I would post this again.
What are some of your favorite color combinations to use for cards? I will periodically edit this first post with a listing of what everyone replies, so anyone can then copy and print the list to use.
Bring on the replies--what are you faves right now?????????????
My favorite color combo right now is Tempting Turquoise and either Only Orange or Yo Yo Yellow. Can you tell I have been sunlight deprived for a long snowy winter?

I am not sure what happened--but I do not have an edit button in my first post. If I have one this time, I will edit and add the previous posters combos here.................
Here is the list if you want to copy and paste in a word document to print out to keep. I will continue to update as needed:
Tempting Turquoise and either Only Orange or Yo Yo Yellow
Purely pomegranate with pumpkin pie
Always Artichoke, Rose Red and occasionally So Saffron.
Tempting Turquoise and Whisper White.
Certainly Celery and anything
So Saffron and Bording Blue,
Bashful Blue and Chocolate Chip,
Cameo Coral and Chocolate Chip
Old Olive, Not Quite Navy and Really Rust
Kraft (paper), soft sky, white and chocolate chip
Anything with Chocolate Chip
Choc. chip, bashful blue, certainly celery
Rose red and pretty in pink
Nearly any bright or soft color with black and white
Ballet Blue, Basic Gray and Going Gray paired with DSP in Ballet Blue.
Black, White and Celery

Happy Weekend--anyone want to add any additional combos? I am sure there are some great new BRIGHT combos for spring and summer that some of you are using. Please share....................................
Not bright, but unfortunately I've had to make a lot of sympathy cards lately and have used black, white, and either soft sand or river rock. Makes a nice, elegant card!
I lost the edit button on all of my posts, so I am trying it again to post all of your combinations:
Black, white, and either soft sand or river rock
Artichoke, basic grey, PTI aqua mist (or soft sky)
Not quite navy and a bright lime green (can't think of a SU! color equivalent)
Old olive, soft sky and PTI sweet blush
Pretty in pink, old olive, river rock
Tempting Turquoise and either Only Orange or Yo Yo Yellow
Purely pomegranate with pumpkin pie
Always Artichoke, Rose Red and occasionally So Saffron.
Tempting Turquoise and Whisper White.
Certainly Celery and anything
So Saffron and Bording Blue,
Bashful Blue and Chocolate Chip,
Cameo Coral and Chocolate Chip
Old Olive, Not Quite Navy and Really Rust
Kraft (paper), soft sky, white and chocolate chip

Choc. chip, bashful blue, certainly celery
Rose red and pretty in pink
Nearly any bright or soft color with black and white
Ballet Blue, Basic Gray and Going Gray paired with DSP in Ballet Blue.
Black, White and Celery
These are my favorites. I printed these out and stamped above each color with the little flower from One of a Kind so you can see the colors together like THIS. I put this, some sketches, templates and stuff like that in a book for inspiration.
FYI, the document doesn't print like the picture on my blog. I took a few of the spaces out since there was so much wasted space.
Right now I love:
Soft Sky, Real Red, and Basic Black
PTI Berry Sorbet and Whisper White
Old Olive and Pretty in Pink
Almost Amethyst and Certainly Celery
I have several favourites at the moment.
1)Tempting Turquoise and Pink Passion
2)Tempting Turquoise, Pink Passion & Green Galore
3)Purely Pomegranate & Blush Blossom

The edit button goes away after a few minutes in some forums. It just gives you long enough to fix typos.

Me TOO! Bring on the chocolate chip. I like to combine it with any colour and that yummy SU Satin Chocolate chip ribbon you can't get anymore.

You're correct that you can no longer buy a spool of that ribbon, but that yummy SU Satin Chocolate Chip ribbon is in the Theatre assortment on page 190.
