Last year I put together a digital scrapbook through Creative Memories (other companies do them too). It was a point and drop set up. I used pictures of my son and husband together. The journaling was done as a Thank you book. The first page said "Dear Daddy, Thank you for being such a wonderful daddy. From the day I was born you have made me feel safe and secure." Every page after said "Thank you for..." and I tried to match the pictures to the words. The last page said "Happy Father's Day! I love you, Eddie" My husband loved it.
i am thinking of putting together a scrapbook for my husband. i thought i'd have one page per year and take a picture of him with the kids each father's day. of course, my kids are 4 and 3 so i will have to go back and find pictures from past father's days but that should be easy. when they get older i was thinking i'd have them write him a note each year. for now, we will probably "draw" or paint him a picture.
i will be anxiously waiting to see what others are doing

I made dh a mini scrapbook last year. I put together pictures of him and the kids and used manly DP. The theme of it was "The Top Reasons why you are the Greatest Dad". It turned out good and he loved it.
This is a post with 63 (and counting) :0) links to projects. (Some of the templates are really fun like a BBQ apron, great to go with homemade BBQ sauce.) I've designed a tool belt box that'll be added to this post too. Maybe that'll be useful? :0)

A couple of years ago I started a scrapbook of sorts for DH. I ask my girls (now 3 & 5) questions about their dad (how old is daddy?, how much does he weigh? what's you favorite thing to do with daddy? where does daddy work?, etc.). I also have them draw him a picture and I do a painted handprint. Each year I add to it. It's neat to see the progession of the girls from year to year.
