I am ordering some things for my birthday and can only find one of the Impression Obession dies (the hollyhocks) and can only find it in stock on a website called Creative Play. Has anyone ordered from them? They are located in Il, just a little leary of ordering from a new site. Any feedback would be much appreciated!

I've ordered from them for several years and I've been more than pleased with their service and how fast they ship. I recall a few years back there was some confusion on my order (it was my fault) and they called me and it got fixed right away.

They are my favorite place to order from; ship promptly, and I really like that their website shows items as "sold out" so there is no ordering and then finding out that the item is back ordered. I have been ordering from them for several years and just placed another order last night.
I, too have had good experience ordering from Creative Play Stamps. I think it must be a small operation, with very hands-on dedication by the owner/operator.
A few orders back, I intentionally ordered 2 of something. I got an email from them before the order was executed to ask if I really intended to purchase 2 of the same thing or if it was an error. I really appreciated that someone on the other end was actually looking at the order and wondering if it was correct, instead of just processing it.
Good customer service is worthy of comment, so I'm happy to chime in with my experiences with this vendor! :cool:

It's always scary using a new website to order so I appreciate all the comments, especially letting me know about the out of stock and the customer service Susy detailed. I have made the mistake of ordering 2 of something in the past and I just received 2 of them. I have bookmarked the site for future orders as I like their prices and their selection, too, bad for the pocketbook but good for crafting, lol.Rachael

Yes, I have ordered from them. They carry lots of the quality best of the best company's stamps and they offer a fair free shipping and allow payment by Pal Pal. Those meet all my requirements. Great service and prompt shipping. PS I bought my "HOLLYHOCKS" stamp from 123Stamp and the dies directly from Impression Obsession. They were hard to find back in May. I love them!
