Default Ever look at a set...

and think of a TON of things you could do with it, order it, and then draw a blank when you finally get it? That is what is happening with my and my new stamp sets. I need to start writing stuff down when I think of it so I don't forget!

Default yes!

That's what happened to me with Paris in the Spring! I wanted it for soooooooooo long and now that it's here, I think I've only made 4 cards with it. I think the problem is that, in my head, the cards I was going to make with it were so fantastic that they would be better than any other card I'd ever made... and now I realise that that's just not going to happen and I can't bear to make something simply average with it. But you've spurred me on... I'm going to have another go!

So many times an idea comes to me in the middle of the night only to have forgotten it by morning. I have learned to keep a note pad and pencil next to my bed. THis has also happened to me while I am driving. Have a nnote pad and pencil there too. Now if I only had enough time or ambition to get my ideas off the note pad and onto the card

Glad I'm not the only one this happens to. I actually looked at Many Moos last year, fell in love, thought of all sorts of things to do with it and now I'm just getting around to using it and I've had it since August last year.

Yep. In fact, I have many unused sets on my shelves! Sincerely want to remedy that. I've just changed stamp location in my house. So far, everything is much more organized. We'll see how long that lasts once I start stamping.

But I'd love to just sit with one set and go through a list of techniques to try...in fact, I've made a little list, along with products to use. You could also do a list of color choices to try.
