Yes, this has happened to me as well. It usually happens in the spring, when I'm anxiously awaiting a new catalog. Once fall is over and winter comes, I'm usually buying supplies instead of stamps. Thank goodness for the mini catalogs, I usually can find at least one new set I want.
I could easily spend that on re-inkers and cardstock. I'm still building those inventories. I need a re-inker of every color and both sizes of c.s. in every color. Then I could stop buying for a long while and be perfectly content.
Except for Wonderful Words, there is really nothing else tempting me. I would like to get ink refills for the pads that I have and stock up on cardstock. This catalog is kind of "lukewarm" for me. I suppose that is good for my pocketbook!
No, way! I am all about accessories. I have't bought but one stamp set in about 3 months. I live in the accessories section. I wish I had all I want. You guys must just have a lot more money than me. Are you charging them????

I will be honest, when I read the, what's the most you've spent on a single order thread I was green with envy. I haven't even come CLOSE to what those ladies have been able to spend. Just getting a little at a time leaves LOTS of room on the wish list. How lucky for you to be at that place where you have everything you want! Count yourself lucky--and what fun you can have with a new catty!
I sometimes find myself in this dilemma with either a Michael's or an AC moore 40% off coupon and nothing I really need in the stamp/embellisment/paper dept. I often have 2 or 3 of most supply items. Now I have added knitting to my stamping/card making hobbies and these wonderful stores sell YARN also!!!! Can't waste those coupons by not using them!!!

I could never have enough. There were so many sets last year that I wanted and with the new catty I just wanted more. I just can't get enough. I know that I have "enough" stamp sets to get me by with my workshops. Some I have used only a few times. But I WANT so many nore. But.... if I didn't want any stamp sets, watch out accessories section because those pages would get looked over pretty good. I can never have enough paper, eyelets, ribbon, glitter, embossing powders, punches and such.

I have thought there really isn't anything else I really want to order then my demo goes and demo's a set that I thought I would never want and away I go. Now of course I also see samples on SCS and then there I go again. I do find now though that I really don't buy as many non Stampin Up stamps.

I've only been a demo since July, and I've been buying SU just a year. But I've managed to accumulate the sets that I think are "must-haves". Except for a couple more alphas, and "Spring Garden", which for some crazy reason I left off my most recent order.
But I did order a couple of those $11.95 sets, though - now I'm wondering if that was smart.... Another thread for that...
