Default Easter ideas

Hi, I was hoping with Valentine's Day behind us we could start a new thread of Easter ideas.

I am making little baskets out of decoupaged paper on 5 coasters for my grandchildren. Would love some other ideas!!!!

Ohhh, I love easter! I think I will make some cards, for sure, and maybe treat bags for the family we'll be visiting that weekend.

I liked the the clear treat box and easter egg stamps but I couldn't justify 18.50 for three little egg stamps. What kind of stamps are they? Are they on wood blocks?

I'm going to make some nice little baskets with my brand new petal cone die. I'll post what I've made later after I've had a chance to play with it.

I recently was in a store that carries these stamps ,and Yes they are on wood blocks. I personally thought they were a little on the expensive side for the size of the stamps.

Denami stamps are good quality wood-mounted rubber stamps. I have a number of her stamps and they are worth the money.

Thanks for the info ladies! I wish quality wood block stamps weren't so expensive these day. Things have changed so much in the past couple of years. I buy the cling mounts and clear now, not because I loooove them, but because I can afford them, lol.

At my recent chicks & chocolate class, one of the favorite projects was Brenda Quintana's fabulous origami Easter basket from designer papers. Find her tutorial here: Qbee's Quest: Origami Easter Baskets

I Love DeNami Designs stamps. They're very high quality and usually come in sets. Very sweet images.

Here's another Easter idea. I took Beate's tutorial for the sour cream containers (Beate's tutorials Rock!) and just changed the dimensions a bit to make carrot treat boxes. Then, I added green ribbon scraps to the top to make the carrot leaves. You can find them here.
