Downloading the zip file of favorites

I get an error page when I have tried to do this and have searched on here for inforamtion about it and found nothing. Is that one of the features that isnt quite working yet? I am anxious for it to work,, it looks like a neat idea.
Just wondering is all,,, I can be patience.

Sherlie the same thing happened to me a while back. I figured it was my dumb computer but maybe not!

I downloaded mine yesterday. It worked fine. What version of windows are you running and do you have a zip program on it. That may be the problem. What is it saying when you try?

I tried copying and pasting the error page to here, but that wouldnt work either, it basically says it cant be found, not enough space, etc. the page stopped running,

I am running XP and yes, i have a zip program. I have been just left clicking on the icon,, I am wondering if I right click and do a Save Target as,,, if that would work.... sometimes i have had to do that on other things.
At least, I know someone else is getting it to work, that is encouraging and thanks,,

I didn;t right-click...I just clicked with the normal left button and waited for the download screen to pop up. I did get some errors when I was unzipping it, but everything seemd to unzip just fine.

I can't wait to print out the images on Monday!!

Right clicking as doing a Save Target as didnt work either,,, I got an HTML thing and I am not sure what will happen,,,
I am thinking mine is such a large file, 8.59mb, that it is timing out when it is downloading,,,,
