Idea Dollar Tree Bargain

I was at Dollar Tree and found large round sponges on a rope and thought they might be good for inking, so I bought one. I was able to cut it into 12 good size wedges, and they worked as well as the larger sponge daubers that cost $3.00 each. They can also be rinsed out easily. I went back and bought 2 more to save for the future. Just thought I would pass it along in case anyone else was interested in giving them a try.

Thx for the tip. Those large daubers are nice, but as you implied, can get costly if you need a bunch.

If you end up buying one, let me know what you think.

Thanks for the tip! I was buying the makeup wedges from dollar tree for sponging but they seem to be getting smaller.

I'll keep my eyes open for the sponges on a rope. Good idea!!

I do buy a lot of stickers from the dollar store that I use on my cards.
