Does putting it on the floor and punching it with your heel help? You can apply more force that way.

Have not tried that but I guess I can, got an email from stampin up, they say try wax paper and foil. Foil didn't work. Stampin up say they not aware of any issues with the punch. Hard to believe . Thanks for comments

That’s why I got rid of the punch. I did put it on the floor and step on it and that worked but shouldn’t have to use a punch that way.

I think we need to report stuff like this to SU. I find it hard to believe they aren't aware of the problem because everyone I know who had one of these had issues. I tried using my demos and hated it, so luckily it didn't take any of my crafting money. But if SU is truly unaware of the issues, then no one must be reporting it. Its the same as the vinyl cling stickers. Someone said they asked if these issues were being addressed and their response was "we are unaware of any sticker issues." I love SU and order monthly but there are a few things they need to address.

Dont remember if I reported it but it did disappear quickly from the catalog.

Most punches are punched from one end. These 3 in 1 punches must be punched in the center and go straight down instead of an angle. I hope you can understand what I'm trying to say here.

If I remember correctly the one in three punches had lots of problems. In the future make another call or have your demo replace it. SU has wonderful costumer service and typically replaces defective items.
