Caught up with your most recent CASEs this evening... I still think that your samples are better than the "originals". Glad it's working so well for you, and I (we) sure appreciate the inspiration!
Thank you to everyone who have come to visit the blog, and also those who have left such nice comments. When I started this my goal was to show stampers that you may have stamps, dies, embossing folders or designer series papers that would still be great even if they are retired. Hopefully you are all seeing how you can still use what you have.
What a great idea you had! I just caught up on the cards you've done this month, and I sincerely applaud you! Using what we have is such a better idea than just buying more of the same. You've made me realize I can look at a posted card I like and figure out how to make a similar one without buying anything new. I love this idea! You've done amazing thins with your cache of stamps, and it will make me take a second look at my older stamps that haven't seen a lot of love lately. Thanks so much for sharing your idea! It's certainly something most of us can do. I appreciate you!
I love that you are doing this and love your cards! I have recently been feeling the same way...a lot of "new" stamp sets so similar to old ones that I already have. I've been looking at these stamp sets asking myself, "do I need this?" You've inspired me to do the same!
Heather,
Again, I like you cards better and even your stamps better than the ones in the catalog. I like your Teddy Bear MUCH better, Dasher is more elegant and the snowflakes just as lovely.

Wow I love what you're doing! I think I get so caught up in the "new" factor that I forget how similar they are to sets I already have. I keep most of my sets so I have years of retired sets. I LOVE LOVE LOVE so many of your cards better than the catalog samples. This really gave me a new perspective on what to buy and what to pull out and use!
Can't believe I have actually done it. Thirty cards in thirty days and managed to blog about it too. Thanks everyone who has popped by my blog this month and had a look.
Heather, I totally loved your card casing month! I shared your idea with my sisters and mother earlier this month with links to your blog post. I love reading your blog post each day in my e-mail. So glad you shared your talent and idea with all of us.
Heather, I just went through your entire month of catalog cases; you have made some beautiful cards and I love your idea to replicate cards from the catty with things you already have. I do this often myself, but your month long challenge to yourself was extraordinary. It was really fun for me to see you using many of the same stamps and products I have in my stash (SU Demo since 2003!).
